    Yes — our Hearing Loss Cards are waterproof and highly durable. They are printed onto PVC plastic, not paper, and include a laminate overlay which protects the print surface from scratches, fading and daily wear. A laminate overlay is a clear protective film applied during production to increase lifespan and keep your card looking new for longer.
  • Can I choose the card colour?
    Yes — Hearing Loss Cards are available in blue or pink. If you need a different colour for accessibility or personal preference, just email us, use our contact us form or add it during checkout and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
  • Is a pin badge included and what size is the pin badge?
    A pin badge is optional and not automatically included with the card. If selected, you will receive a 32mm awareness pin badge, designed to be worn on clothing, bags or lanyards for additional visibility and communication support.
  • How fast is printing and delivery?
    Printing is usually completed in 1–2 working days. Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 is used for secure delivery. We will provide a tracking number via email.
