    Yes — every card is printed on durable PVC plastic, the same strength and size as a standard bank card. Fully waterproof and long-lasting.

  • How do I upload my photo/logo/information?
    You can upload files during checkout or email them after purchase. We accept JPEG, PNG, PDF, AI, SVG, EPS.
  • Do I get to see a proof before printing?
    es. We send you a digital proof for approval via email before production. You can request changes – we don’t print until you confirm you're happy.
  • How fast is production & delivery?
    We usually dispatch ID cards within 1–2 working days. If you’ve asked us to design your card, it may take a little longer — especially during busy periods. Every order is sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48, so you can follow your delivery from us to your door.
  • Is my personal data secure?
    Yes — all data is securely handled in compliance with GDPR. Photos and information are stored only for production & reorders.
  • Do you supply lanyards & card holders?
    Yes — we supply optional lanyards, clips and card holders which can be added to your order. These are available in a range of colours and styles. If a colour isn’t listed or you would like something specific, simply add it in the special instructions box at checkout or email us — we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
