SecureID Print Ltd is committed to lawful, ethical and responsible ID card printing. We supply secure photo ID cards only to authorised organisations, businesses, schools and individuals who can demonstrate legitimate use. This policy exists to prevent identity misuse, protect brand ownership rights and ensure compliance with UK law.


1. Purpose & Commitment

Our purpose is to produce professional, high-quality ID cards for legitimate businesses, staff, education settings and verified individuals. We maintain high standards of security, accountability and authorisation for all personalised identity products we supply.


2. Eligibility Requirements

  • We only print ID cards for verified businesses, organisations or appropriately authorised individuals.
  • Proof of legitimacy may be required before production begins.
  • If evidence cannot be supplied, the order will be declined and refunded when applicable.

3. Company, Staff & Organisational ID Cards

  • Orders for staff/company ID must include proof of authority from the business or employer.
  • A domain-matching business email or written approval from a manager/director may be required.
  • Unauthorised use of third-party branding, logos or names will result in rejection.

4. Logos, Trademarks & Intellectual Property

  • All trademarked or copyrighted artwork must be authorised by the rights holder.
  • We do not print NHS, government or school emblems without written verification.
  • Any attempt to reproduce protected branding without permission will result in cancellation.

5. NHS, Government & Restricted Organisations

  • NHS ID card requests are only accepted with written approval from an official NHS department.
  • We cannot print any government-issued ID replacements (passport, driving licence, etc.).
  • Impersonation of public authorities is illegal and will be reported if suspected.

6. Education, Childcare & Academic Settings

  • ID card requests for schools, colleges and nurseries require authorisation from a headteacher, principal or management representative.
  • Proof may include an official email, signed document or letterhead confirmation.

7. Carer, Healthcare & Support Worker ID

  • Care organisation ID requires confirmation from the business owner or registered manager.
  • Independent carers may be asked to provide proof of employment or service legitimacy.

8. Prohibited ID Types

The following designs will not be printed under any circumstances:

  • Passports, driving licences or national identity replacements
  • NHS, Police, Fire, Ambulance or Emergency Services credentials
  • Government-grade identity or impersonation material
  • Birth, death, marriage or legal certificate reproductions
  • Fake ID, novelty deception cards or fraudulent identity reproductions

9. Verification & Compliance Checks

  • Every ID card order undergoes internal legitimacy review before production.
  • We may request documentation, company details or written authority at any time.
  • Non-compliant requests will be cancelled and refunded when appropriate.

10. Data Protection & Security

  • Customer data (names, photos, roles etc.) is handled securely under UK GDPR.
  • Files are stored only for production purposes and deleted when no longer required.

11. Revisions, Refusals & Order Termination

  • Orders may be amended upon request if production has not started.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any request we deem unlawful, misleading or harmful.
  • Persistent or deliberate misuse may result in permanent service ban and escalation.
