- "Order" means a request by you to purchase Products from us via our website or by other agreed means.
3. Use of the Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use and enjoyment. You must not misuse the website by knowingly introducing viruses, Trojans, worms or other malicious or technologically harmful material.
4. Placing an Order
- Orders can be placed via our website or by contacting us directly, where available.
- By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete and up to date.
- Your order represents an offer to purchase Products from us. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.
- An order is considered accepted when you receive an order confirmation email or invoice from us.
5. Personalised & Custom Products
Many of our Products are personalised or made to your specification (for example, ID cards with names, roles, photos and logos).
- You are responsible for ensuring that all text, names, job titles, artwork, logos and images provided to us are correct and free from spelling mistakes or errors.
- You confirm that you have permission or the appropriate rights to use any logos, trademarks, photographs or other materials supplied to us for printing.
- We reserve the right to refuse any order that we reasonably believe may be unlawful, offensive, misleading or in breach of third-party rights.
6. Artwork, Proofs and Approval
- Where a digital proof is provided, you must carefully review and approve it before we proceed to print.
- Once a proof is confirmed as approved, we will not be liable for any errors or omissions that were visible and could reasonably have been identified at the proof stage.
- If no proof is requested or required (for example, simple reprints or standard layouts), we will produce the Product using the information and files supplied by you.
7. Prices and Payment
- All prices are shown in GBP (£) and are exclusive or inclusive of VAT as indicated.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, the price confirmed at checkout at the time of your order will be the price you pay, unless there is a clear and obvious pricing error.
- Payment is normally required in full at the time of order, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We use secure third-party payment processors (such as Stripe, PayPal, etc.). We do not store full payment card details on our systems.
8. Production Times and Delivery
- Estimated production and dispatch times are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on order volume, complexity and stock availability.
- We use third-party carriers such as Royal Mail or courier services for delivery. Delivery times quoted are estimates and not guaranteed unless specifically stated.
- Risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to you when the Products are delivered to the delivery address provided or collected as agreed.
- You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
9. Receiving Your Order and Quality
- Upon receipt of your order, please inspect the Products promptly.
- If there is any damage, defect or discrepancy, you must notify us in writing (by email) as soon as reasonably possible and within 7 days of delivery.
- We may request photographs and/or return of the Products so that we can investigate and, where appropriate, repair, replace or refund in line with our policies.
10. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
Custom and Personalised Products
- As most of our Products are personalised or made to order, the usual consumer right to cancel (under the Consumer Contracts Regulations) may not apply once production has begun.
- We cannot normally accept returns or offer refunds for correctly supplied custom-printed items where the issue is a change of mind or an error in the information provided by you.
Faulty or Incorrect Products
- If the Products are faulty, damaged in transit, or there is a significant deviation from the approved proof, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
- Resolutions may include reprinting the item, offering a partial refund, or a full refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
- We reserve the right to inspect the Products or request evidence before agreeing to any remedy.
Non-Custom Products
- For non-personalised items (such as blank accessories or standard stock goods), you may have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt in line with consumer regulations, provided the items are unused and in resalable condition.
- Return postage costs may be your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
11. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss arising out of or in connection with your order or use of our Products or website.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the total value of that order.
- Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be limited under UK law.
