Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when orders are dispatched by SecureID Print Ltd. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.


1. Production & Dispatch Times

All products are printed, finished and packed in-house. As our products are produced to order, they require time to design, align, print and quality check. For this reason, we do not offer same-day dispatch.

  • Orders are typically dispatched the next working day after being placed.
  • Orders requiring custom artwork, layout correction or design approval may take longer.
  • During busy seasons (Christmas, holidays, peak periods) production times may extend slightly.

We will always aim to complete orders as quickly as possible while maintaining professional print quality.


2. Delivery Service Used

We currently ship exclusively using Royal Mail Tracked 24 & Tracked 48 services. These services allow both us and our customers to track delivery progress from dispatch to arrival.

Why we use Royal Mail Tracked:

  • Full end-to-end tracking for both parties
  • Reliable delivery across the UK
  • Proof of delivery and delivery updates
  • Faster and more secure than untracked mail

Tracking information will be emailed once your item is dispatched.


3. Delivery Time Estimates

Delivery times are based on Royal Mail guidelines:

  • Tracked 24: usually 1 working day
  • Tracked 48: usually 2–3 working days

Please note:

Delivery speed is determined by Royal Mail, not SecureID Print Ltd. Once dispatched, delivery time is outside our control. Delays due to weather, strikes or seasonal traffic may occasionally occur.


4. Artwork Approval & Design-Dependent Orders

Orders that require design work, proof approval or layout changes may take longer before dispatch. You will be contacted if:

  • Artwork is missing or unclear
  • Information is incomplete
  • Proof approval is required before printing

No production work will begin until required files or approvals are received.


5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.
  • We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address details supplied during checkout.
  • If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address information, redelivery charges may apply.

6. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Deliveries

  • In rare circumstances where mail is delayed or lost, Royal Mail’s delivery investigation process may apply.
  • Damage must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
  • We will work with you to replace or resolve any issues as fairly and quickly as possible.
