How will my order be delivered?

We currently only deliver to the UK. We mainly use Royal Mail Signed for services and provide you with a Tracking Number which acts as a proof of dispatch and delivery.
Sometimes we may use other Royal Mail services and/or other Carrier services such as DPD, Evri, UPS etc depending on different circumstances.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Please allow between 3-5 business days including Saturday for your order to arrive. In some circumstances there maybe delays due to Royal Mail strikes or Bank holidays, please allow upto 14 days for your order to arrive.
A Royal Mail Tracking Number will be provided. Please note that the Tracking number is more of a proof of postage/delivery and may not update until Royal Mail attempts to deliver your order.

How much does delivery cost?

The delivery charge starts from £2.50 for smaller items and £4.99 for larger items. Currently if you spend more than £50 on a single order (which can nclude multiple items) then deliver is free of charge. Please note we reserve the right to remove free shiiping at anytime.

What happens if my delivery hasn't arried?

What is your returns policy?

You have a legal right to cancel or change your order within 14 days of delivery. We don't accept any returns after the 14 days unless the item arrives damaged. Please see below for personalised products/items returns.

What is your returns policy for Personalised Products/items?

When you place your order, we will send you proof of any personalised products/items before we print. After you have approved the proof and we have printed your product/items then we are unable to offer a refund or return for your product/items.
