This Shipping Policy outlines how and when orders placed with SecureID Print Ltd are processed and dispatched.

We aim to dispatch orders promptly while ensuring the accuracy and quality of all personalised products.


2. Order Processing

Most of our products are custom-made or personalised.

  • Orders enter production once all required details have been received and, where applicable, a proof has been approved.

  • Orders will not be dispatched until production is complete.

  • Production times may vary depending on order volume and product type.


3. Dispatch Times

Unless otherwise stated on the product page:

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 working hours after proof approval (or order confirmation where no proof is required).

  • Dispatch times apply to working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

Please note that dispatch times are estimates and not guaranteed.


4. Delivery Methods

We currently use Royal Mail for UK deliveries.

Available services may include:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48

Delivery timeframes are provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed.


5. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after dispatch, not from the order date.

SecureID Print Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Royal Mail service disruptions

  • Adverse weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided at checkout


6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on:

  • Selected delivery method

  • Order size and weight

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless an item is faulty or incorrect.


7. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:

  • Additional postage costs may apply

  • Delays may occur while the issue is resolved


8. Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and include:

  • Your order number

  • Delivery postcode

We will investigate with Royal Mail where appropriate.
