We are a UK-based supplier of professionally printed identification cards, access control credentials, and related accessories. Our products are sold online via our website and supplied to customers within the United Kingdom only.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Ordering & Contract
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods from SecureID Print Ltd.
An order is not accepted until we confirm it by email or begin production.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:

Payment cannot be authorised

Supplied personalisation details are incomplete or unclear

We suspect misuse, fraud, or unauthorised activity
3. Personalised & Made-to-Order Products
Most of our products are customised or made to order, including personalised ID cards.
By submitting an order, you confirm that:

All supplied names, photos, job titles, and details are correct

You have permission to use any uploaded images or logos

You accept responsibility for the accuracy of all submitted information
Once production has begun, personalised items cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded, unless faulty or incorrectly produced by us.
4. Proofs & Approval
Where proofs are provided, it is the customer’s responsibility to check spelling, layout, and details before approval.
SecureID Print Ltd is not responsible for errors once a proof has been approved or where production proceeds based on submitted data without a proof request.
5. Pricing & VAT
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to amend prices at any time. Pricing changes will not affect orders already accepted.
6. Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.
7. Delivery
We dispatch orders using trusted UK delivery services.
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

SecureID Print Ltd is not responsible for delays outside of our control.
8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the personalised nature of most products, customised items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where faulty or incorrectly supplied.
For non-personalised items:

You may return unused items within 14 days of delivery

Items must be returned in original condition

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer
Refunds are issued once returned items are inspected.
9. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:

A clear description of the issue

Supporting photographs where applicable
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
10. Product Use & Disclaimer
Our products are intended for identification and awareness purposes only.
SecureID Print Ltd does not guarantee that:

Cards will be accepted by third-party organisations

Products provide any legal authority or entitlement
Acceptance of identification is always at the discretion of the receiving organisation.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, designs, product layouts, images, and text are the property of SecureID Print Ltd and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
12. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with UK data protection law.

13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SecureID Print Ltd shall not be liable for:
