ID Card Printing Policy
1. Purpose & Commitment
SecureID Print Ltd is committed to lawful and ethical ID card printing.
We supply secure photo ID cards only to authorised organisations, businesses, schools, and individuals acting within a legal and verified capacity.
This policy exists to ensure compliance with UK law and to protect against misuse, fraud, or unauthorised identity reproduction.
2. Eligibility Requirements

We only print ID cards for verified businesses, organisations, educational institutions, or authorised individuals.

Verification documents or written authorisation may be requested before production.

Orders placed without adequate proof of legitimacy may be declined or cancelled.
3. Company & Organisation ID Cards

All company or staff ID card orders require proof of business ownership or authorisation.

We may request confirmation from a senior representative (e.g. Director, Manager, HR Officer).

Domain-linked email addresses or official authorisation letters may be required.

Unauthorised submissions using third-party company names or branding will be rejected.
4. Logos, Trademarks & Copyrighted Material

Logos, trademarks, or copyrighted material will only be reproduced with express permission from the rights holder.

We do not print company, NHS, school, or government logos without proof of authorisation.

All intellectual property laws are strictly upheld.

Any suspected infringement may be refused and, where appropriate, reported.
5. NHS & Restricted Organisations

We do not print NHS-branded or NHS staff ID cards unless authorised in writing by an official NHS representative.

We do not print any form of government-issued identification, including:

Passports

Driving licences

National ID cards

Police, fire, or emergency service credentials

Requests attempting to replicate official ID documents will be refused and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
6. Educational & Childcare Settings

All school, college, and nursery ID card orders must include written authorisation from:

A headteacher

Principal
-
Owner or governing authority
-

We may request confirmation via an official institutional email address or letterhead.
7. Carer & Healthcare Organisation Cards

Carer or care organisation ID cards require confirmation from a registered business owner or manager.

Unregistered individuals may be asked to provide identification or written consent from the employing organisation.
8. Prohibited Card Types
We will not print or design the following under any circumstances:

Government-issued identification (e.g. passports, driving licences, residence permits)

NHS, Police, Fire, or Emergency Services ID cards

Certificates (including birth or marriage certificates)

Medical records or documents
-
Any design intended to impersonate a public authority or government body

Fake, novelty, or misleading ID cards intended for deception or misrepresentation
9. Verification & Compliance Checks

All orders are subject to internal verification before production.

Customers may be required to provide company details, proof of authority, or supporting documentation.

Orders found to breach this policy will be cancelled.

Payments will be refunded where appropriate.
10. Data Protection & Security

Customer data (including names, photographs, and authorisation documents) is processed securely in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

Data is encrypted and securely deleted once the order is fulfilled, unless retention is required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
11. Revisions & Rejections

If an order does not meet the requirements of this policy, we will contact the customer to provide the option to revise or withdraw the order.

Repeated or intentional breaches of this policy may result in a permanent refusal of service.
