Refund & Returns Policy for ID Cards and Personalized Printed Products:

At SecureID Print, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every order of our ID cards and personalized printed products. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or seek a refund for your purchase. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

Non-Returnable Personalized Items:

All personalized items, including ID cards, are non-returnable unless errors occur during the production process. We take great care to ensure that all personalized products meet your specifications accurately. However, if an error is made by us, we will gladly accept returns and issue a refund or provide a replacement at no extra cost to you.

Pre-Proof Cancellation:

Prior to finalizing the production of your personalized items, you have the option to cancel or make changes during the pre-proof process. If you decide to cancel your order before accepting the proofs, you may do so without incurring any charges. However, once proofs are accepted and production begins, cancellation is not possible, and no return or refund will be provided.

Reporting Errors:

In the event that you receive personalized items, such as ID cards, with errors that are not consistent with the approved proofs, please notify us immediately. We will investigate the issue and take appropriate action to rectify the error.

Refund Process:

If you are eligible for a refund due to errors on our part or any other valid reason, please contact our customer service team within [number of days] days of receiving your order. We may require photographic evidence of the error for verification purposes. Once the return is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the item(s).
