SecureID Print Ltd – Reward Points Policy
At SecureID Print Ltd, we value our individual customers and want to reward your loyalty. Our Reward Points system allows you to earn points with every qualifying purchase and redeem them for future discounts.
1. How It Works
- Earning Points: You’ll earn 1 reward point for every £1 spent on ID cards and accessories.
- Redemption Value: Each reward point is worth £0.01 (1p). For example, 100 points = £1.00 discount.
- Special Reward Days: On selected Special Event Days, you’ll earn double points (2 points per £1) on all qualifying purchases. These events will be announced in advance on our website and social media.
- Account Registration: New customers will receive 100 reward points upon creating an account.
Note: Points will not be awarded for duplicate accounts. - Referral Program: Earn 200 reward points when you refer a friend who completes their first purchase.
Referrals must be genuine new customers. Self-referrals and duplicate accounts are excluded.
2. Where Points Apply
Points are earned on all purchases made directly through:
- Our website
- Etsy (past and future orders)
- eBay (past and future orders)
Please contact us after purchases made through Etsy or eBay to have points manually added to your account.
3. Redeeming Your Points
- Points can be redeemed on future purchases made through our website.
- No minimum spend is required.
- You can choose how many points you wish to redeem at checkout.
4. Terms & Conditions
- Points are non-transferable and hold no cash value.
- Points expire after 24 months of inactivity.
- Points cannot be redeemed for postage or custom artwork fees.
- We reserve the right to change or discontinue the reward program at any time.
