Delivery Information
This page explains how delivery works at SecureID Print Ltd, including production times, delivery methods, and what to expect once your order has been dispatched.
1) Production times
Many of our products are made-to-order and personalised. This means your order may require production time before it is dispatched.
- Personalised products: production begins after all required details are received and any proofs (where applicable) are approved.
- Non-personalised items: are usually dispatched more quickly as they do not require custom work.
- Production times shown on product pages are estimates and may vary during busy periods.
Please note: production time is separate from delivery time.
2) Delivery methods
We currently deliver orders within the United Kingdom using trusted postal and courier services. Available delivery options and prices are shown at checkout.
Royal Mail Tracked 48
A tracked delivery service aiming to deliver within 2–3 working days after dispatch.
Royal Mail Tracked 24
A faster tracked service aiming to deliver the next working day after dispatch.
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
3) Dispatch confirmation & tracking
Once your order has been dispatched:
- You will receive a dispatch confirmation email.
- Tracking information will be provided where a tracked service is selected.
- Tracking updates are managed by the delivery carrier.
4) Delivery addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout.
- Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur additional re-delivery charges.
- We cannot be responsible for delays caused by address errors supplied at checkout.
5) Delays & circumstances outside our control
While we work hard to meet estimated dispatch and delivery times, delays may occur due to:
- High order volumes or peak periods
- Delayed proof approvals
- Postal or courier network disruptions
- Severe weather or unforeseen events
We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, but we will always try to assist where possible.
6) Missing or delayed deliveries
If your order appears to be delayed or has not arrived:
- Please check the tracking information first.
- If tracking shows no progress, contact us with your order number.
- Claims for lost items must follow the carrier’s investigation process before replacements or refunds can be considered.
