1. Purpose & Commitment
Our purpose is to provide high-quality, legitimate ID card printing services to UK-based entities who have the right to use associated logos, branding, or names. We are committed to security, integrity, and customer trust across all printing operations.
2. Eligibility Requirements
- We only print cards for verified businesses, organisations, educational institutions, or authorised individuals.
- Verification documents or written authorisation may be requested before production.
- Orders placed without adequate proof of legitimacy will be declined or refunded.
3. Company & Organisation ID Cards
- All company or staff ID card orders require proof of business ownership or an email from a senior representative (e.g. Director, HR Officer).
- We may verify domain-linked email addresses or request official authorisation letters.
- Unauthorised submissions using third-party company names or branding will be rejected.
4. Logos, Trademarks & Copyrighted Material
- We will only reproduce logos or trademarks with express permission from the rights holder.
- We do not print company, NHS, school, or government logos without proof of authorisation.
- All intellectual property laws are strictly upheld, and any infringement will be reported.
5. NHS & Restricted Organisations
- We do not print NHS-branded or NHS staff ID cards unless authorised in writing by an official NHS representative.
- We cannot print any form of government-issued ID (passport, driving licence, national ID, or police/emergency services credentials).
- Requests attempting to replicate official ID documents will be reported to relevant authorities.
6. Educational & Childcare Settings
- All school, college, and nursery ID orders must include written authorisation from the headteacher, principal, or owner.
- We may request an official email or confirmation letter on institutional letterhead.
7. Carer & Healthcare Organisation Cards
- Carer or care organisation ID cards require confirmation from the registered business owner or manager.
- Unregistered individuals may be asked for identification or written consent from the employing organisation.
8. Prohibited Card Types
We will not print or design the following under any circumstances:
- Government-issued identification (e.g. passports, driving licences, residence permits).
- NHS, Police, Fire, or Emergency Services IDs.
- Certificates (birth, marriage, etc.) or medical records.
- Any design intended to impersonate a public authority or government body.
- Fake or novelty ID cards used for deception or misrepresentation.
9. Verification & Compliance Checks
- All orders undergo internal verification before production.
- Customers may be asked for company details, proof of authority, or supporting documentation.
- Any order found to breach this policy will be cancelled and refunded if payment was made.
10. Data Protection & Security
- Customer data (names, photos, authorisations) is processed securely under the UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
- All data is encrypted and deleted once the order is fulfilled unless required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
11. Revisions & Rejections
- If an order is non-compliant, we will contact the customer to provide the option to revise or withdraw.
- Repeated or intentional breaches may result in a permanent ban from our services.
