SecureID Print Ltd is committed to lawful and ethical ID card printing. We supply secure photo ID cards only to authorised organisations, businesses, schools, and individuals acting within a legal and verifiable capacity.

This policy exists to ensure compliance with UK law and to prevent misuse, impersonation, or unauthorised reproduction of identity materials.

1) Purpose & commitment

Our purpose is to provide high-quality, legitimate ID card printing services to UK-based entities that have the legal right to use the names, logos, branding, or identities supplied.

We operate with a strong commitment to security, integrity, and customer trust across all printing operations.

2) Eligibility requirements

  • We only print ID cards for verified businesses, organisations, educational institutions, or authorised individuals.
  • Verification documents or written authorisation may be requested before production begins.
  • Orders placed without adequate proof of legitimacy may be declined or refunded.

3) Company & organisation ID cards

  • Company or staff ID card orders require proof of business ownership or written authorisation from a senior representative (e.g. Director, Manager, HR Officer).
  • We may verify domain-linked email addresses or request official authorisation letters.
  • Unauthorised submissions using third-party company names or branding will be rejected.

4) Logos, trademarks & copyrighted material

  • Logos, trademarks, and copyrighted material are only reproduced with express permission from the rights holder.
  • We do not print company, NHS, school, or government logos without valid proof of authorisation.
  • UK intellectual property laws are strictly upheld and suspected infringement may be reported.

5) NHS & restricted organisations

Important: We do not print NHS-branded or NHS staff ID cards unless authorised in writing by an official NHS representative.
  • We cannot print any form of government-issued identification (including passports, driving licences, national ID cards, or police/emergency service credentials).
  • Requests intended to replicate or imitate official identification may be reported to relevant authorities.

6) Educational & childcare settings

  • School, college, and nursery ID card orders must include written authorisation from the headteacher, principal, or registered owner.
  • We may request confirmation via an official institutional email address or signed documentation on letterhead.

7) Carer & healthcare organisation cards

  • Carer or healthcare organisation ID cards require confirmation from the registered business owner or manager.
  • Unregistered individuals may be asked for identification or written consent from the employing organisation.

8) Prohibited card types

We will not print or design the following under any circumstances:

  • Government-issued identification (e.g. passports, driving licences, residence permits).
  • NHS, Police, Fire, or Emergency Services identification.
  • Certificates (birth, marriage, academic, or medical records).
  • Any design intended to impersonate a public authority or government body.
  • Fake, novelty, or deceptive ID cards intended for misrepresentation.

9) Verification & compliance checks

  • All ID card orders are subject to internal verification before production.
  • Customers may be asked to supply supporting documentation or confirmation of authority.
  • Orders found to breach this policy may be cancelled and refunded where payment has been taken.

10) Data protection & security

  • Personal data (including names, photographs, and authorisation documents) is processed securely in accordance with the UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
  • Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the order or meet legal obligations, and is securely deleted thereafter where possible.

11) Revisions & rejections

  • If an order does not meet this policy, we will contact you to request revisions or offer the option to withdraw the order.
  • Repeated or intentional breaches of this policy may result in refusal of future services.
